Fix Shopify Webhook Verification

I’ve already written a private Shopify app that bridges my WordPress-based store (WooCommerce + Dokan) with Shopify, but I’m stuck on one last hurdle: the mandatory compliance webhooks.
What I need from you
• Inspect the current PHP code inside my custom plugin and pinpoint why the HMAC check for product-update events is failing.
• Implement or adjust the verification routine so it passes Shopify’s test tool and live calls.
• Confirm that the app still registers the required compliance webhooks exactly as Shopify expects once the fix is in place.
Please be comfortable digging into WordPress hooks, WooCommerce/Dokan context, and Shopify REST API + webhook docs. A concise explanation of the issue and the working code patch will be the final deliverable.
