Fix Google Merchant Shipping Error -- 2

I run a Shopify store that sells digital religious art prints and the entire catalogue is now disapproved in Google Merchant Center because it says “Missing shipping information.” Even though a shipping policy exists, every product is still flagged.
I haven’t tried adjusting the shipping settings inside Merchant Center and I’m not even sure what, if anything, is set in Shopify, so the default configuration is probably what Google is seeing. I need someone who knows Google Merchant Center, the Google channel in Shopify, and feed diagnostics inside out to jump in and clear the error.
