Fix Core Web Vitals and increase Speed for Shopify Store

Hi ,
I need to Fix Core Web Vitals and increase Speed for Shopify Store without breaking the code for the website,
I have Ella theme (Child theme name Caros)
but this theme is Customized by the theme developers to Support RTL,
so we need to fix the vitals and speed in Google speed insight for mobile should be +85 and GT Metrix also
I have installed the app core web vitals and it only increased to 35% while the current score is15-20 and Shopify score is 15,
attached list of the apps we are using and they all are required, we can't delete them.
* project will not be considered completed nor partial payment will be done if the score not increased dramatically
