Finishing my Shopify-Shop

Hello!
I need the following:
My shop is almost finished but it needs the finishing touches before I release it. In my past, or rather in the process of creating the shop, APPS were installed that did more harm than good.
For example, since my shop is bilingual, the app > ETranslate was installed. I have written all the texts for the German page myself, but the employees of this app have several times made all the texts that I have written myself on auto translation, which in turn means that I have to change everything again myself, as it was in the origin. This costs time and nerves.
To the tasks that still need to be done:
1.) Set ALL texts that were translated incorrectly by the app back to the original form.
2.) reduce the resolution quality of all my product images to 1800x1800 pixels.
3.) the texts for the WHOLE shop have to be reinserted [ texts for customer service, products, etc. ] so I already have all the texts, but they just have to be inserted.
4.) the products have to be inserted into the respective collection
5.) customer review app for several languages must be installed.
6.) Homepage [ first page ] when you go directly to it, something has to be adjusted [ header area, logo, etc. ].
7.) You have to show me via screen video after completion how I can run the shop myself.
