Finish my Shophify Shop or build a new one.

I am looking for a Shopify expert to either finish my partially set up shop or build a new one from scratch.

Tasks to be completed include:
- Website design and layout

- Strong design and layout skills
- Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites

Timeline:
- Completion within a month
