Expert Shopify developer needed to build a web based app that synchronises with my store/products.

Need an experienced Shopify developer to help build an app that synchronises with my store. It should allow me to export the existing products from my store to an app and then make the edits there. The edits would include: change title, update pictures, tags, description, etc. The changes should take effect in real time.
This will be a web based app.
