Email Marketing & Automation Specialist for Shopify-based Sweet Brand (English & German)

Our goal is to build a strong and loyal community through engaging communication — and email marketing will be a key part of that.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to set up and manage automated email flows and campaigns for our Shopify store.
You should be able to create effective, visually appealing, and emotionally engaging emails in English and German.
Your Responsibilities:
Set up and manage automated email sequences (welcome flow, abandoned cart, thank-you emails, etc.)
Create engaging newsletter templates and campaigns
Segment our customer base and personalize emails
Connect and integrate with Shopify (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other suitable tools)
Analyze performance and optimize open/click rates
Suggest ideas for creative campaign content
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify email marketing automation
Knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Brevo (please specify your preferred tool)
Strong copywriting and design sense
Fluent in English and German (or ability to work with translations)
Reliable, creative, and open for a long-term collaboration
Project Type:
