I’m preparing to unveil my private-label spa and skincare line and need our digital flagship built on Shopify from the ground up. The brand aesthetic is unapologetically elegant and luxurious—think clean lines, generous white space, soft neutrals, and refined typography—so every pixel should echo that feel while keeping load times snappy on mobile and desktop.
Scope of work
• Design and develop a luxury-style homepage that immediately communicates high-end self-care.
• Build collection and product pages that include:
– Customer reviews for social proof
– “You may also love” related products
– An expandable, detailed ingredient list section for each SKU
• Craft an About Us page that tells our brand journey through rich storytelling, plus a straightforward Contact page.
• Ensure the entire site is fully responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly.
• Set up a basic payment gateway (Shopify Payments is fine) and verify a friction-free checkout.
Technical notes
Liquid, theme-customization, and any modern Shopify 2.0 best practices are preferred. Please optimise images, leverage lazy-loading where possible, and keep Core Web Vitals in the green.
Acceptance criteria
1. All pages render flawlessly on the latest versions of iOS, Android, Chrome, Safari, Edge.
2. GTmetrix score B or better on both mobile and desktop.
3. Reviews, related items, and ingredient tabs function without third-party glitches.
4. Checkout completes successfully using a test payment.
5. Final hand-off includes a short Loom walkthrough and exported theme files.
