Edit coding on website (small task)

I am looking for a programmer to add a section to my website. It is on a Shopify theme called Refresh 2.0. I have attached where the section I want should be placed. The new added variant should be saying: Name & Number (optional) and the customer should be allowed to add their name and number to the product. Looking for someone to do the job, thanks.
