Ecommerce Manager for Electronics Shop

About Us: We are Whitegreen.co.uk, a growing UK-based online electronics store. We sell a variety of mobile phones and gadgets. I am looking for a long-term Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the store’s daily operations, marketing, and optimization.

The Role: You will act as the "Store Manager." I handle the stock and shipping; you handle everything online. You must be adaptable—we sell both Brand New items (requiring GTINs) and occasionally Refurbished items (requiring strict grading).

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management: creating high-quality product listings, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders.

Google Ads & Shopping: managing the Merchant Center feed, fixing disapprovals, and optimizing search campaigns.

SEO & Content: writing unique product descriptions that rank on Google (not just copy-pasting from suppliers).

Competitor Research: checking Amazon/eBay prices weekly to ensure we are competitive.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a Shopify store (preferably electronics).

Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center (fixing GTIN errors, policy violations).

Ability to follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Excellent written English for product descriptions.
