* Monitor and fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Handle customer service (email, chat, order inquiries, returns)
* Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates
* Install and manage Shopify apps for performance and functionality
* Assist with marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media, promotions)
* Analyze store performance (traffic, conversions, sales trends)
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience
* Maintain a smooth and efficient checkout process
