Top Priorities:
-design and implement a clear, concise, strategic marketing plan for Shopify website.
-assist with getting main business instagram unbanned & follow all of facebook policies & procedures
-assist with troubleshooting the suspension of my etsy store and getting the store reactivated
-drive website traffic, increase conversion, thus increasing sales revenue**
-integrate square payments into shopify website to accept payments using square for immediate use of funds
Description:
I am urgently looking for an ecommerce expert essentially to assist me with the day-to-day needs of my websites and troubleshooting current issues related to social media accounts.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-create a clear, concise, and aesthetic strategic marketing plan for shopify fashion e-commerce website. I have a canva template that you can use to generate the marketing plan if desired.
-selling products to prospective customers in order to achieve sales targets by increasing brand awareness to maximize conversion, thus increasing sales revenue.
-proposing related and new services as they monitor consumer trends needs for future marketing services.
-update and design an aesthetically, pleasing website
-Respond to all customer inquiries
-Implementing a chatbot to shopify website to prevent information overload
-suggest strategies to maintain business organization and overall business cohesiveness.
-expected to use his/her knowledge of social media platforms such as facebook,instagram, pinterest, tik tok etc. to develop advertisements to increase sales in accordance with the associated platform’s policies.
-generate advertisements via facebook, instagram, pinterest, and other profitable social media platforms
-generating optimal instagram captions for brand awareness and customer retention.
-assist with troubleshooting Etsy suspension and Instagram disabled account for my business use.
-adding and uploading products to Shopify website, including creating a seo optimized general description for those products
-analyze consumer market trends to suggest which products should be added to a website.
-assist with email marketing by capturing customer emails, phone numbers, etc. and generating an aesthetic weekly email newsletter.
-previous SEO & cross-posting experience is a plus
