ECCUBE-to-Shopify Pet Store Overhaul

I run an established pet-supplies brand whose current official store is built on ECCUBE. I’m ready to move everything to Shopify and, at the same time, give the site a fresh, modern, and clean look that serves both retail shoppers and our growing wholesale clientele.

What I need from you
• Migrate all products, customers, order history, and content from ECCUBE to Shopify without data loss.
• Build a single Shopify storefront that can switch effortlessly between B2C and B2B experiences (tiered pricing, gated wholesale pages, separate tax rules, etc.).
• Design or customise a theme that feels light, modern, and clean while staying true to our brand colours, fonts, and tone. Mobile usability is non-negotiable.
• Set up core Shopify features—payments, shipping rates, tax settings, email notifications—and connect any apps required for wholesale pricing and inventory sync.
• Fully test the live site, fix any bugs, and support cut-over so downtime is minimal.

Collaboration & tools
• All project communication will be on Slack once we sign.
• Ability to read and discuss tasks in Japanese is essential; most internal docs are written in Japanese.
• I work in sprints and will review progress at each milestone—design approval, data migration, theme build, and final launch.

Long-term outlook
If this rollout goes smoothly, I have ongoing optimisation work, seasonal design refreshes, and other Shopify builds I’d like to hand over, so think of this as the first step in a longer partnership.
