Develop Shopify App

I am looking for a Shopify app developer to create a payment app. The app should have the following functionality:

- Integration with third-party payment API
- When Shopify Owner installs this Shopify APP that can use this payment

I do not have any specific design requirements for the app, so I am open to suggestions.

I am looking to have the app developed and ready for use within 1 month.
