Design and expand footer in Shopify
Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a expert to design an extension of the footer on this shopify site: distillingwithbiology.com. So the black footer will stay and the extension(Skærmbillede 2022-04-19 140545.png) will be in top on all pages. Like on this site dk-indeklima.dk.
"Skærmbillede 2022-04-19 140545.png" is just a illustration and list of the different elements.
Some notes:
1) It need to look nice and simple, like the site look now.
2) The contact form need to look nicer.
3) You will have to implement it in the theme or give instructions on how to do it.
4) I hope you can make the design in one go or you need to make corrections.
