To Design My Online Shopify Store from A to Z, including adding products , etc..

I am seeking a Shopify expert to design my online store from scratch. My ideal candidate should be able to add both physical and digital products to my store, with more than 100 products to be added initially under 12 Categories. I have a clear idea for my store theme, which is Theme Dawn. The design should be modern and user-friendly, with a focus on easy navigation and clear product displays. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify design and development, as well as a strong understanding of product categorization and management. Additionally, the candidate should be able to integrate payment gateways and shipping options seamlessly.
