Customize the payment option for us (Shopify)

Hello,
We have e-com site.
We need below things to be customized by developer
1. Disable the COD orders above Rs.5000/- automatically.
2. Every COD order should generate automatic link to pay 20% advance payment to process the order.
3. The value of COD and remaining amount of COD should be shown on screen real time
Note -
The verification integration is already installed on website and can't be changed. The name of app is CODFirm. It is linked with SMS and Whatsapp both.
