Customise 'Related Items' Results in Shopify Theme

I am running a Shopify store and want to customise the 'Related Items' feed on the Product Page to return items with the most matching words in the Product Title.
For example if I have a product with the title 'Disney Fictional Character Disney Princess Ariel', on the product page the 'Related Items' section will scan all of the other products in the shop and show those with the most matching words anywhere in the title.
Note that this must be done quickly and responsively without slowing the page speed.
