Customisation on Subscription app on shopify

we have installed a subscription app, we needed customisation on that or something to be built ground up for the subscription feature to suit our requirement.
What we need is to display a specific price to on the product page when the subscription option is chosen.
Refer to the images for what we need.
1. The price on the cart should change to Rs.840 /- When the subscription option is chosen.
2. The check out page should auto add 3 products to the cart.
