Custom shopify app/integration development

Hi, I had a custom woocommerce plugin built but I'm now migrating to shopify so I want the same functionality to be built but for my shopify store.
My store sells posters and frames, so the app would allow people to build gallery walls to see what artworks look good together. Here's the flow:
1: A user can add a photo of an interior (from a library of photos we have uploaded or upload their own).
2. Browse our store of poster artworks and drag and drop the artworks they want into the interior. The artworks are sold in different sizes so the artworks need to be to scale within the interior and then they can select smaller and larger poster sizes easily
3. They can then add different frames and colours to the posters
4. They can then checkout with all of the artworks and frames selected. We need to be able to set discount rules, for example 20% off when you purchase 3+ posters
- Users can also start step 1 by choosing from pre-made templates of interiors we've saved or start from a blank canvas
