Custom shopify app to connect to a supplier by API integration

I’m looking for an experienced developer to create a custom app on shopify to connect a shop to a supplier via API integration to migrate customer orders and inventory data.
The API integration is a simple process however a custom app is required for third party installation and maintenance.

The API within app needs to be able to:
1. Automate Orders and shipping confirmation
a. Create orders with all order details migrated including selected delivery method.
b. Send Shipping confirmation email on shopify once order is placed on the supplier website.
2. Automate delivery confirmation
a. Send delivery confirmation email from shopify once supplier status changes to “delivered”.
3. Automated inventory update
a. Update inventory on shopify 4x a day.
b. Automate ‘out of stock’ when inventory reaches to certain number.
