Custom Shopify Theme changes

Hello there,

I need some custom theme changes in my existing shopify website (amorenmore.com) "KEEPING IN MIND THAT WEBSITE WILL BE 99% OPEN ON MOBILE" are as follows:

% off in a box below every product on catalog page, related product, single product page etc

Blicking "New" box in products image at top left corner in home page & catalog page

Related Products inside single product page to be seen in 2 in a rows for mobile and 4 in a row for desktop

Apply code option with code & description should be shown on cart page with a apply now button, when a customer click on apply now it should apply on checkout

A place for Special Instructions on cart page

Instagram Integration

There will be categories & collections, so filter should contain sorting by categories & collections.

There is additional discount if someone prepaid the order that should reflect checkout which doing the payment on the page.

There will a notification in bottom left in every 5-6sec about new purchase.

Filter should contain following:
Categories
collection
Price Range
Discount

my budget for this is Rs.5000/- to Rs.6000/-
