We are creating a fundraising platform where associations and school classes can sell products to raise funds. The platform should allow each group and its members to easily share their unique webshop with family and friends, making it simple to track sales and manage orders.
Core Functionalities:
Unique Webshop for Each Association:
Every association or class should have its own dedicated webshop. Family and friends can place orders directly from this webshop, linked to the specific group. This will streamline the ordering process and ensure that sales are easily tracked for the entire association.
Individual Member Stores:
Each member of the association should have their own personalized store link. These links will be unique to each member, allowing them to share their shop with family and friends. Orders placed through these links should automatically be attributed to the individual member, ensuring accurate tracking of their sales contributions.
Simplified Checkout:
Orders placed via the association or individual member’s webshop should not go through a standard checkout process with a payment gateway. Instead, a simplified order form will allow users to submit their orders without making any payments. The final approval of all orders will be handled by the association, ensuring proper oversight of all sales.
Order Approval by Association:
After customers place orders, the association will need to review and approve them before the orders are processed. This feature gives control to the association’s administrator, who can approve orders and send them to the system for fulfillment.
Order and Profit Tracking:
The system should automatically tag and track orders based on the individual member’s unique link. This will ensure that each member's sales are accurately recorded, allowing for clear reporting on individual performance and earnings for the association.
