Custom Shopify Store Similar to Galleria

I'm looking for a bespoke Shopify store which will be similar to the galleria theme and the Michel spiers website. This store will need to be able to have levels within the drop down menu and with full screen styling. The site will also need to UI/UX friendly on the mobile screen.
We will also need to be able to edit certain page stylings within the backend.
