Custom Shopify Flow (for normal Shopify) -- 2

I need a ‘simple’ flow in Shopify's App FLOW. We use the normal Shopify version, NOT the Plus version.
I already have the following flow:
When a customer who has agreed to marketing places an order, this order is given the tag ‘FAMILY’.
I need a new flow:
Same conditions as above, but additionally a tag ‘1’ should be added to the first order that matches these conditions. The second time a ‘2’, the third time a ‘3’ and then it starts again with ‘1’, etc.
Background: Every customer who has agreed to the marketing should receive something with every 3rd order.
The tag "3" should be
It is possible that the customer has already placed orders without a tag. This means that the 1-2-3 count only takes place from the first order with the ‘FAMILY’ tag and only every order with a ‘FAMILY’ tag counts.
The 3rd tag should contain the following:
Total amount of orders 1+2+3 = XX : 100 * 3.
So the tag could look like this: ‘3 20.50’
