Custom Shopify Collection H1 Titles

Hi, we have a Shopify 2.0 store. When somebody is on a collection page (for example "Clothing") and selects a filter from the sidebar (for example the colour "Pink"), we want the collection heading H1 tag to dynamically update to include any selected filters - so in this example it would now read "Clothing: Pink"
