Custom Sections for shopify website

I have a project that has to be developed cheaply and fast.

YOU ONLY HAVE TO EDIT THE HOMEPAGE AND NOTHING ELSE!!!

I already have done 80% of the work but still, my client needs some changes and I am looking for someone experienced but reasonable with the budget because I only have 10 dollars to spend on this edit.
My client wanted a website like healthvit.com and I have developed a website similar to that with the same theme as healthvit.com but they have some custom-developed sections in which I am lagging.

please don't waste my time if you have big expectations and prices for this project as I don't have a big budget.

I want spacing between the menus and marquee bar also

I want a collection page like healthvit.com , I have attached screenshots

I want headings like healthvit.com , attached screenshots

and I want the homepage fully aligned!!
