Custom Portal Needed For Shopify eCommerce Site

Hello freelancers,
Very excited to work with one of you to complete this project. For one of my eCommerce brands I am looking to create a custom Shopify portal. So I am looking for someone who is very knowledge in the backend of Shopify. Our goal is to have personalize business portal where any business can come in and do the following:
1. Get access to our wholesale pricing after logged into the backend
2. From there they can go ahead and make recurring order for any amount of time from monthly to yearly
3. We also want the price to auto adjust as customer other more quantity. For example if customer orders 100 units they pay $5 but if they order 500 units they pay $3
4. Potentially other things along those lines.
Please message me if this something that you think you can accomplished and if so send me a game-plan on how you would get it done. In addition to how long it will take.
