Custom Changes to Existing Shopify Store

I am looking for a skilled Shopify developer who can make specific functionality and feature changes to my existing store. I have a detailed list of changes that need to be made, but I am open to suggestions and recommendations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify and be able to implement custom coding solutions. There is no specific deadline for these changes, but I would like them to be completed in a timely manner. The required changes follow:
I have an online gold and diamond jewelry store for which I need custom changes be made. The required custom changes in detail follow:
1) Updating Prices of All Products: I need an interface where I can update the gold rate, gold labor and diamond rate which then updates the prices of all the products in the store with respect to their gold and diamond weight.
2) Adding Fields for Each Product: All the products need to have stored their total gold weight, total diamond weight, etc. so that when the gold or diamond rate is updated, the price is calculated using these added weights.
3) Discounts: I will be running discounts on all products from time to time on either gold labor or diamond rate. The discount should only apply to the specified attribute of the product and then reflect in the final price. For example, if the value of diamonds in product A is $100 and we are running a discount of 15% on diamond values, I need the final price of product A to be reduced by $15.
4) Taxes: Tax should apply to the discounted price such that when I give a discount, tax should be charged on the final payable amount.
5) Displaying Product Details in Description: I need the product description to include the weight of gold, purity of gold, total weight of diamonds, total count of diamonds, type of diamonds used in the product.
6) Displaying Price Breakup for each Product Variant: I need to display the value of gold, diamonds, gold labor and taxes separately for each product.
