Creating the same pop-up rules as follow (Shopify)

Hi, I'm selling posters online (using Shopify) and looking to add a cross-sell pop-up to add a frame (existing product) when click on cart. (cross-sell pop-up to add a frame to the selected poster size.)
Frames come in 10 different materials in 5 different sizes.
Let's say :
Poster 1 selected - size 70cmx100cm then pop-up showing with all frames materials variant RELATED to size 70cmx100cm when pressing ADD TO CART or BUY NOW. (please see screenshot of what I exactly want to achieve here)
