Create a shopify site and have it hosted in Australia and then migrate from an existing CubeCart site across to the newly established and hosted Shopify site

I would like someone to help me create a new Shopify site and have it hosted in Australia. I would then like our existing CubeCart website migrated across to the newly created shopify one.
I want someone to do the all work for us without us needing to re-enter everything.
We want it to look very modern and fresh and be very easy for customers to manouvre and order via any device. It needs to be one that looks good and is very user and customer friendly.
It needs to be able to work well with the Australia Post (auspost) shipping modules and it also needs to be able to calculate freight for any weight including anything above 20kgs. With the existing Cubecart website it worked well with the Australia Post module but needed a special program independently added to break down postage once it went over 20kgs as the Australia Post module itself only works up postage up to 20kgs. It needs to be attractive to children and simple enough for anyone to be able to clearly view our items and order online....the items need to be able to be magnified when people are viewing the pictures.

We don't like our existing CubeCart website at all, it is not attractive and not user friendly at all.
I only want to deal with someone who is an expert in both Shopify and CubeCart and who is familiar with the Australia post app for shopify...someone who has many Australian clients would also be preferred. I need someone who can take charge and make things happen and genuinely knows how to work on their own and knows how to make things attractive, customer focused and user friendly. We really would like someone to take charge and just make it all happen ASAP.
The migration from CubeCart to Shopify must be seemless. I need evidence that you understand what we are after and that you can and will make it happen and that your pricing quoted covers everything that will be required to make this happen.
You will really need to sell yourself and your company to me. I need 100% guarantee and reassurance.
