Create a shopify app that send SMS messages

I am looking for a Shopify app developer to create an app that can send SMS messages to customers for order updates. The purpose of the SMS messages is to provide customers with order confirmation and tracking information. I prefer to use Amazon SNS as the SMS service provider. The ideal candidate should have experience in Shopify app development and integrating with Amazon SNS. Key requirements for the project include:
