Create a Quiz Based product recommendation Shopify App

We need a quiz based app where we will ask 7-8 questions .. and each seperate answer have diffrent point like for option A - user will get 1 point .. like this and based of total point there will be profiling like for 18 points he is expert and he will get certain product recommendation .. there shoud be option to select those product ourselves
