Connect Typeform Responses with Shopify Checkout

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help me connect Typeform responses with the Shopify Checkout.
First, the customer would select their product choices in a Typeform survey and then they would be sent to the Shopify checkout to pay for those products.
When they complete the Typeform the information should be connected to the Shopify checkout where the products (including subscription products) and prices are shown. Typeform, Shopify, and Recharge (the subscription app) all have the relevant API so this shouldn’t take too long. Thank you!
