Connect Shopify with management Software

My client of mine needs to connect his Shopify website to Mexal Passepartout management software. However, Mexal can only communicate with Shopify through a Tool called "BindCommerce". I need to create the connection between:

Mexal > BindCommerce > Shopify.

and

Shopify > BindCommerce > Mexal.

The Freelance must create the connectors and make sure to make the data transfer process work.
