Connect Shopify Stores to Facebook Offline Conversions

Hi! I am looking for a programmer who can help me track offline conversions on my Facebook ads account by setting up the Offline Conversions API (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/offline-conversions/).
I have TWO separate Shopify stores that need to go into their own ad accounts, so this is two jobs in one.
The Shopify stores already have the Facebook app set up, so no need for pixel or CAPI tracking. This is purely to send all purchase information to my Ad accounts via FB offline conversions API.
The candidate will have prior experience and has in-depth knowledge of Facebook's marketing API and Shopify.
