Complete Redesign of Existing Shopify Store

For this project, I'm looking for a Shopify expert who can accomplish a complete redesign of my existing Shopify store. I want to completely revamp its aesthetics to give it a fresh, new look that's appealing to my customers.
The ideal freelancer for this project should:
- Have a strong background and a broad track record of designing Shopify stores
- Have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail
- Have the ability to choose and customize themes that align with my brand
- Understand current ecommerce design trends and how to apply them
- Be proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript, comfortable with Shopify's Liquid coding language
