E-Commerce Website Visual Assistant

Position: Part-Time Website Content & Image Maintenance Assistant
Type: Ongoing, as-needed support (2–5 hours per week)

I am looking for someone to help with light website upkeep for a retail e-commerce store. This is not a development role — it’s simple, ongoing content updates to keep the site fresh, clean, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

Update and replace website images (banners, hero photos, collection images)

Optimize and resize images for desktop + mobile

Refresh homepage and collection visuals to align with seasons, promotions, and events

Add new products (images, basic descriptions, tags)

Ensure the website stays tidy, current, and aesthetically consistent

Perform small content edits (text tweaks, menu updates, links)

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in Shopify (or able to learn quickly)

Good eye for layout and visual consistency

Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent)

Reliable, organized, and able to turn around small tasks quickly

Experience with retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an asset

Hours & Commitment:

Approximately 2–5 hours per week, depending on season

Flexible scheduling

Ongoing part-time relationship preferred
