E-Commerce & Media VA
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking to launch multiple e-commerce/online ventures and need a reliable virtual assistant who can work with me during my night shift—Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM Pacific. Your daily work will touch almost every part of the business, from polishing product photos with AI editors to scheduling Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts. If you are comfortable prompting ChatGPT, designing in Canva, experimenting with HeyGen, and generally living inside the Shopify admin, you will fit right in.
What you’ll tackle each week
• Image work: background removal, AI upscaling or style tweaks so every product looks sharp
• Listings: write compelling product descriptions and publish them across our Shopify catalog and other marketplaces
• Site tweaks: assist with theme edits, app installs, and basic page builds inside Shopify
• Research: spot new product opportunities and pull competitive data
• Social & ads: draft posts, schedule content calendars, and create paid-ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Video: assemble short product demos, promos, and how-to tutorials—simple cuts or AI-generated clips are fine
• Blogging & email: outline or draft posts and newsletters that keep customers engaged
