Coding shopify

I'm looking for someone to help me with coding on Shopify.I want to make a pop-up quiz on my catalog that people will press after the quiz it's completed the catalog will be filtered to show only the avalabile products for what my customer pressed. I have a specific design in mind for the store, and I need help to develop a custom theme and integrate payment gateway. Additionally, I would like the store to have product customization options. I do not need any additional services such as SEO, analytics setup, or social media integration. If you have experience in coding on Shopify, I'd love to hear from you.
