Clear Google Tags from Shopify Backend

I am seeking for an adept individual to remove Google tag codes from my Shopify backend system. Specific pages were not outlined, there is a possibility that the Google tag codes spread across the Homepage, Collection pages and Product pages.
Google Tag code has been hard-coded into the backend and it is not in the 'theme.liquid' section (I have added an image of this below). Revenue is currently double-tracking, so this code as well as a tracking plugin may be causing the problem. We need to remove this code.
As this is relatively urgent we will favour applicants who can assist immediately.
Ideal applicants should possess:
* Strong knowledge in the Shopify backend
* Sound understanding of Google tag codes
* Proven experience in similar projects
