Checkbox field for Shopify Product Page

I am looking for someone to help design a single choice checkbox field on a Shopify page. No additional custom field is needed, however, I would like a specific design for the field. I would prefer an experienced freelancer who understands the ins and outs of Shopify, and is up to date with all of their design rules and regulations. I need someone who can make sure that the new field integrates seamlessly with the Shopify system and won't cause any glitches or issues.
