Checkbox Terms and conditions shopify store edit

Hello I need to edit checkbox feature at the cart page. (only via teamviewer) The problem is that I inserted the code. but when I not check the box I still can go to the checkout. (it's because of the delivery options jquery)
I cannot resolve this so I need help from you. Only via teamviewer.

Edited the Checkout to checkout-mk because of the deliveries
