Changements on websites code - Shopify Developer/ Partner Account neccessary!

Only for Shopify developers! You need a partner/developer account so that i can invite you to my shop!!!! Otherwise we cant work together and i cant give access!
I am looking for a Shopify developer who can help optimize my store. There are some problems with vat calculations on the pricing you need to fix.
The Price calculation on my store does not work, there are 2 Problems u need to solve:
1) The Prices on mobile are not correctly updating. I am showing the Price with vat (brutto) and without vat (netto) on product page, for Germany, the vat is 19%, so i used a math filter to calculate the netto Price. Its working on Desktop but not on mobile. The Price is not updating when changing variants/Options
2) Second Problem is, that as soon as the Price is over 1.000€, shopify thinks the dot in "1.000" is a comma and Shows for example 1.200€ (onethousend-twohundred) as 1,2€ (one euro 20 cents)
