Change functionality of a shopify booking system app

We are using a booking software for our shopify store:

We are happy with the software but we need a modification. Our business works as follows:
You are able to book an appointment for our service every hour. Each service has a duration of 3 hours.
Now it gets tricky:
In the total 3 hours of our service the customer changes the location every hour. So for the whole duration of the 3 hours he is in 3 different locations.
So as an example customer starts at 1pm:
-1pm-2pm first location
-2pm-3pm second location
-3pm-4pm third location
So another customer shall be able to book an apointment at 2 pm because the first location would be available again. Our booking system does not understand it because the duration of the service is 3 hours and therefore does not show a booking option between 1-3pm although we would have availability at 2pm.
This is the kind of modification that needs to be done to our system.
