Carolina Craft Kumbucha - site review and rework

We currently have a basic Shopify site set up (www.carolinacraftkombucha.com) and would like to improve the function and use ability. We currently have a free theme but will upgrade if needed. We like the fell and look of (https://www.pipsnacks.com) and we also want to have a subscription service.
We are available to discuss and have photos and images available… we will have less that 10 products and need to have a local delivery integration.
