On Call Shopify Support Tech

Tasks:

Connection to syncin apps and marketplaces, dropshipping software, mapping products, and data and oerall guidance and support to ensure I dont break anything when expanding to new marketplaces and adding product etc.

Will need help and support first on product Order routing when I have new inentory arrie and I want to drive sales to my own inentory prior to dropshipping synced inentory on syncee.

- Troubleshooting and bug fixes for Shopify website
- Providing assistance with theme customization
- Integration of apps for enhanced functionality

Support:
- Weekly support required

Availability:
- Support needed during both business hours and after hours

Owner wants someone who can look at what we hae and help automate as much as what we do, to reduce workload on manual tasks.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform
- Experience with troubleshooting and data mapping and syncing
- experience in setting up new marketplace eg Amaon FBA etc
- Familiarity with theme customization and app integration
- Ability to provide support during business hours and after hours
