COD Limit on Shopify platform

Hey we are looking for someone who can help us edit the COD payment options on our Shopify based Ecom platform. We need a condition where all orders below Rs.1,500/- can only be placed using Prepaid Payment method, for all orders between Rs1,500 to Rs10,000 can be placed on both Prepaid and COD payment method & for all orders above Rs.10,000 can only be placed using Prepaid payment method.
