Bulk Shopify Product Upload

My Shopify store’s catalogue of roughly 8,000 items is sitting empty and it’s time to bring every product online. Each listing needs high-quality photos, accurate dimensions, weights and a concise, benefit-oriented description that follows the template I’ll supply. The source material—images, specs and any additional details—will be gathered from the respective manufacturer websites, so solid research skills are essential.

The workflow I have in mind:
• Harvest 3–4 clear images per product directly from the manufacturer site, rename them logically and upload them to Shopify.
• Craft a fresh description for every item that fits the copy template I provide, weaving in key measurements, materials and a short features paragraph.
• Enter dimensions, weight and any variant data into Shopify (or through a bulk CSV import if that speeds things up).
• Double-check that each listing is live, properly categorised and free of broken links or missing media.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the 8,000 products show at least three images, the correct title, variant options and all required fields filled.
• Descriptions match the supplied structure, read naturally and include accurate measurements in both metric and imperial units.
• No placeholder text, empty tags or duplicate SKUs remain once the upload is complete.
• A final export of the full product CSV plus an image-hosting audit so I can archive everything offline.
