Building shopify website for creating packaging brands

We are looking for a webshop builder for shopify, the intention is that customers pay an amount for a package that they buy in advance for designing and designing a packaging, as happened on 99designs for example. We can then also produce these for a certain amount. The website does not have to be an extensive design, and we will write the texts ourselves.
